This week is our birthday and we will be four years old.
On August 14, 2018, we had our first evening service and as happy as we were to finally welcome guests, we suffered a lot that evening… Thomas is also talking about this on the relevant social media this week.
Join us on a little journey through time.

Of course, because celebrating occasions is what we do best.

Happy birthday, dear 100/200!
What we haven’t experienced together in that time…
One star, one green star, two closures, then two stars and one green star as well as other great awards.
Endless great experiences with guests and all sorts of things that we will still be telling our grandchildren about.
And, dear 100/200, you don’t always make it easy for yourself.
We also love that about you.
You’ve got an edge and you strive to become a little better, more honest and more enjoyable every day.
You have caused us many a sleepless night and many tears, as well as the odd argument.
But in return you have given us great people and moments.
Impressive partners, unique employees and people of the heart.
And every day the chance to live what we love: Food and drink, pleasure, responsibility, community and excess.
Here’s to the next 4 and (then at least 40) years!
“The card of four” for the fourth birthday
To celebrate four years of 100/200 appropriately, we are finally fulfilling the request for an annual pass: one ticket at €800.00 per person for one visit each season.
Exclusively for you, dear regular guests and friends of the 100/200!
And for everyone who buys their annual pass during the birthday week until August 14, there is a gift on their first visit: the four culinary classics of the 100/200 for at home.
Then you can celebrate a little longer at home with brioche, sourdough bread, quark butter and 100/200 sparkling wine.
Or have a suitable gift for your (gourmet) friends.
Appointments can only be made by e-mail.
We keep places available (especially at weekends), but cannot guarantee reservations at short notice.

Do you know the Rolling Pin?
And the Rolling Pin Awards?
It’s about the 100 best chefs and the 50 best sommeliers in Germany. As well as many special prizes.
For Ms. Lehmann, the “Mâitre of the Year” award.
The special thing about it is that it is a genuine industry award, as nominations and voting are carried out by colleagues.
So either way, it’s a great honor and a pleasure.
Anyone who can and wants to is of course welcome to give us their vote.
And what else is there?
We are now open for you every Saturday until the end of the season.
On August 12, we will be serving our beloved cheese toast for “Europe’s Best” on the MS Europa.
And on August 29, we are closed to attend a great event for “Seafood of Norway” with many esteemed colleagues.
Then you can meet us at the Rolling Pin Convention on September 10 .
At lunchtime with a masterclass on the topic “On the plate and in the glass – eating without drinking is possible but pointless!”
And by then you will be reading about us again.
Until then, we can only recommend being our guests on “Die Saison” and listening to the latest podcast episodes.
This time it will be quite amusing and provide deep insights into our little world of hosting.
