For the first time, we are now making the Brandherd Esskultur Akademie accessible to you, dear guests: in our cooking courses on the “basic craft of cooking”, we teach you things that we are convinced you should master if you like to eat well.
In the basic wine course, you will get to know yourself and your taste in wine in a new way and will then find it much easier to find wines that inspire you.
Spend four hours with Sophie Lehmann and Thomas Imbusch at 100/200 and learn, taste and enjoy!
