Dear guests and friends of the 100/200,
A week’s vacation is now almost behind us.
And before we officially start again on March 23, 2022, there is still a lot to report.
Everything you need to know about stars, hourly tables and new prices can be found below.
We look forward to “Feld&Flur 2022” with you!
Stay with us until then.
Best regards,
Sophie Lehmann and Thomas Imbusch
A dear companion of the 100/200 said at the turn of the year 2022 would be great, we just had to believe it.
And there have been many reasons to doubt it since then.
But for us, 2022 is definitely big, because on March 9, 2022, we received 2 stars from the Michelin Guide and another green star.
And that, dear guests and friends, is truly amazing!
Because the 100/200 is real.
No hotel od in the back.
A concept that needs explaining and can’t and won’t be everybody’s darling.
And we are so young!
From the opening in August 2018 until now, there have been countless construction sites, challenges and temptations.
We are all the more proud to have received this objective award in spite of this (or more because of it?).
And to having you as guests who keep coming back to us.
Thank you!
And now let’s embark on an exciting, full year 2022.
After all, there is still a lot to discover, enjoy and believe in…
Meals are getting more expensive!
We have already announced it: we will be increasing our prices.
However, we didn’t actually plan this change until “Feuer&Rauch 2022” this fall.
But events have come thick and fast.
And the price increase, which has now even reached the regular trade, caught up with us weeks ago, exacerbated by the latest political developments.
And we have been struggling with it for the past few weeks.
Raising the menu price – a must.
But at what price?
After all, it’s not a purely economic decision… And as we have been one of the cheapest restaurants in Germany at this level to date, the price increase is particularly eye-catching.
But to quote Mr. Imbusch: “No dough, no party!” and we wanted to continue to pay our partners what they need and be able to work and live well.
And laying off staff is not an option either.
So we tossed and turned for another night and this is the result: from now on, the meal will cost €200.00 per person. The water charge of €12.00 is no longer applicable or is included in the €200.00.
All drinks prices remain unchanged. This is the minimum price we have to charge. However, in order to remain accessible to as many guests as possible, we are reviving the “hourly table“.
More about this below.
The classroom table.
Take a seat at the window front of the 100/200 with a view of Hamburg.
And enjoy sparkling wine, water, espresso and three courses from the current meal and sourdough bread and quark butter for €150.00 per person.
