Since the beginning of 2024, we have been welcoming you to the à la carte restaurant GLORIE, awarded a Michelin star and a green star in 2025. Enjoy Thomas Imbusch’s unpretentious modern interpretations of timeless classics – handcrafted to the highest level.
You can look forward to rediscovering and rediscovering French and German cuisine, such as lobster thermidor or pâté en croûte with sauce gribiche. We are particularly proud of a constellation that is unique in Europe: three Michelin stars and two green stars under one roof – a sign of quality, diversity and responsibility.

Since the beginning of 2024, we have also been welcoming you to our new à la carte restaurant GLORIE on the gallery of the 100/200! Here you can enjoy Thomas Imbusch’s uncomplicated modern interpretations of timeless classics – at the highest level of craftsmanship.
Look forward to the rediscovery and rediscovery of French and German culinary classics, such as lobster thermidor or pâté en croûte with sauce gribiche. Old school, rethought and served with artisanal precision – as casually as stylishly.
A vegetarian steak restaurant? We can do that!
The GLORIE - à la carte for everyone!
Another specialty at the GLORIE are the matured and refined steak cuts from our own cattle from the “heifer whisperer” Andreas Westphal from Heidenau. Prepared in the forge pan and in the tube of our Molteni stove, we serve you what is probably the best steak in town: cooked to perfection according to the cut and with accompanying delicacies. This is how meat can taste.
At the GLORIE, however, you can always expect many vegetarian compositions – because the GLORIE is there for everyone, for a little culinary break in everyday life, with a free choice and no menu constraints. Always open for spontaneous visits!

Excellent and welcome
The 100/200 has held two Michelin stars since 2022 and the green sustainability star since 2020. The restaurant has been awarded four toques by Gault&Millau and is one of the most exciting restaurants in the world according to the worlds 50best.
If you would like to reserve seats for an evening in 100/200 or GLORIE, please buy tickets in advance – this also supports our efforts to act and work sustainably in all areas.
At the GLORIE we always keep a few places free for spontaneous guests: Tuesday to Saturday is dinner time from 6:30 pm and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon!

In a relaxed atmosphere in the gallery, we will address exciting questions about wine: Is wine really always a natural product? How do you recognize good quality? And what suits your personal taste?
Basic craft sauces
Immerse yourself in the world of Michelin-starred cuisine and learn the basics of perfect sauces. From the preparation of a simple stock to powerful sauces and the versatile Beurre Blanc – we will show you the techniques of the professionals. We also impart valuable knowledge about cutting techniques and the correct posture in the kitchen.
Basic cooking skills
Learn the essential basics of cooking with two-star chef Thomas Imbusch in our exclusive course. From the correct preparation of a sourdough to the preparation of classic sauces such as vinaigrette, mayonnaise and hollandaise to perfect egg dishes – we will teach you the techniques that enrich every kitchen.
