Basic wine course

Parallel to the cooking course, we start Sunday lunch with sparkling wine.
Then we continue in a small group in the gallery.
And while we ask ourselves whether wine is really always a natural product, how you know what you like and how you can recognize good wine, we enjoy snacks from the kitchen of the 100/200.
Then the most important part: tasting together.

400,00€ per person including accompanying drinks according to Sophie Lehmann’s selection and approaches to take home.

The proceeds from the courses are used exclusively to cover expenses and to support and expand the Brandherd Esskultur Academy – a double investment in the future.
