The equipment

An unicum, just as Thomas had always imagined it, in its very own 2,30 meters by 1,70 meters environment.
1,1 tons of stainless steel and brushed brass – pure perfection.
Equipped with two stoves, where a seamless variation of heat from the middle to the edges emerges.
With two enormous gas burners at 32 kilowatts each, and a gas oven whose fire power is unpredictable yet fascinating at the same time, is all controlled by five brass buttons – and the chef behind them.
Rounded off by a circular bar of brass and and completed with a salamander, whose top heat will gratinate, bake, enamel and caramelize.
It also has a separate extractor fanning system.

The Molteni is the grand centre piece of the 100/200. The point where the x- and y-axis of all the plans intersect.

Everything will be about that point. It will fan the flame, and at 100 and 200 degrees Celsius it will heat the steal, bake the bread, melt the butter, steam the water and fry the crust. And he will turn food into emotions.
