The time has finally come: “The season” is back!
Finally guests again in summer and finally cooking purely vegetarian again.
We’re really looking forward to it, because it’s incredibly challenging for us.
And we love that!

The season
Finally another full year 100/200.
Four themes.
Four times everything new.
And yet typically 100/200.
And from July 6, “Die Saison” – the purely vegetarian season.
The first time as a 2-star restaurant.
What does that mean?
It will be different.
Not because of the rating, but because it’s a new year, we’ve gotten to know our guests better and we have even more great partners.

But first some meat!
Until June 26, there is still “Feld&Flur” m the full, omnivorous meal.
For all those who don’t want to go without meat until October, when “Feuer&Rauch” continues, this is the chance for a completely satisfying evening.
In keeping with the “Field&Field” theme, the Brandherd Esskultur Akademie is currently focusing on beef.
A whole cow to be precise, which will be cut up, matured and prepared over the coming weeks.
So there’s a lot to learn.
And to eat!
…and to repair. From a purely economic point of view, it doesn’t make sense, but we love to preserve things. For us, this is also a form of appreciation and sustainability. #Complexity lies in simplicity
